Help with migraines?

hi there

i suffer with terrible migraines...i get them like twice a month sometimes...

my temples beat and my vision is blurry...plus one side of my body goes numb and i can speak normally..

has anyone had anything similar that can give me some advise...

Nothing else worked for me except this. Also get some rest with no lights and no noise. Everything may seem to irritate you.
