Can you recommend me a good bed pillow?

I am in a market for one, I need a king size firm pillow.... I am not sure if material matters much but I am very careful to dust mites, allergy stuff like that. I do have a pillow cover for it, but I did not realize that you are supposed to dispose pillow about every 2 years or less?

I got a super pillow at the place we bought our mattress. It isn't down filled. It is about $90.

You should tumble your pillow on air fluff every now and again.
