I teach swimming lessons and the director keeps the chemicals very high

So my skin is always itchy. I use lotion and shower as soon as I get out but we are in there 3-4 hours at a time. Even after showering I itch like crazy. Any suggestions?

It is unlikely that the chemicals are too high. It is FAR more likely that the chemicals are not balanced, in particular the pH of the water is wrong. The pH (acid-base balance) is most likely too basic and the pool needs some acid put in.
