			<description><![CDATA[Depends. <br /><br />Mild menstrual cramps feel similar to how a man might feel if he spends a long day moving furniture or doing other heavy lifting.  Serious menstrual cramps, honestly, feel very similar to really bad abdominal cramps that you get when you have the stomach flu... just in a slightly different location.]]></description>
